At the moment we can only deliver to the greater Melbourne area but as we grow we hope this will change. If you know this box is for you but you live outside of Melbourne, then leave us a message and we will try our very best to make a plan.
Do please note that we can only deliver inside Australia at present.

These boxes are strong. These boxes are built to last. They are made in small batches with attention and care, by people who detest the throw away culture. The galvanised steel is powder coated inside and out to prevent corrosion, and we have included readymade bolt holes for your convenience.
If however you live near the sea rust may still be a problem.

We currently have 3 colours to choose from, each selected to look great in a garden or urban setting.
Burnished Copper (with a sophisticated shimmer that compliments all backgrounds and colours) – Striking Orange (for a standout pop of fun) - and a gorgeous French Blue (which looks beautiful against the greens of garden foliage).
-
We understand that your scenes may prove irresistible for certain sneaky hands, and have therefore installed a discreet spot at the back of the box for a padlock of your choosing. Just in case.

24cm (H) x 36cm (W) x 27cm (D)
About the size of a letterbox.

The base of each WunderBox has 4 predrilled bolt holes ready to affix the box to a post with ease.
You will need 4 x 15mm x M6 bolts, and a standard letterbox post (such as the Sandleford range), both well priced and readily available from hardware stores.
Please note: the mushroom headed stainless steel bolts work best, as they lie flat inside and won’t disrupt the stage.
Fix the post into the ground… bolt the box to the post… and voila, you are ready to help fill the world with a little more wunder.

Ahh, the beautiful, iridescent stage. The jewel in the WunderBox crown. Handcrafted from translucent and shimmering acrylic, the stage is designed to allow light to shine through and to also reflect.
During the day sunshine reflects off the sides to highlight the scenes within. And by night (if you should choose to play with lighting), you can add a solar light to illuminate your scenes for lucky passers-by.
Each stage has holes in the roof and sides to support your props and ideas, and can be removed and taken inside so that you can take your time preparing your next instalment.
You can also set up your display without the stage of course, if you choose to use the space for bigger scenes. You are the curator of your WunderBox after all, and the wundering is down to you.

At Studio Wunder we are tripping over ourselves with excitement, about our many upcoming plans. Small things, free things, crafts, and patterns, clubs and tiny maker communities… chances to share and promote creative projects for everyone. But slowly, slowly, your patience please. We creators know that while the ideas come thick and fast, it can be a hard job keeping pace with them all.
However, if you opt in for our newsletter on our contact page, you will be first to know as the good stuff starts to happen.
